WHO WE ARE

Swati Joshi started Beacon Partners in 2020 because she knows her 25+ years of communications experience can help leaders and companies be stronger communicators to deliver better business results. We’re all about helping leaders and companies create targeted communications strategies to influence audience behavior and drive business outcomes.

We have worked with global clients across a variety of industries, including energy, construction and food and beverage.

WHAT’S IN A NAME: The company’s name reflects Swati’s love for lighthouses and passion for her field. Beacon represents the light and hope lighthouses give mariners and we offer our clients; Partners is the relationship we want to have with our clients.

Lighthouses have mesmerized Swati since childhood when her family boated by Kimberly Point Lighthouse during summers in hometown Neenah, WI. Over the years, her brother joined in on the love. Together, they’re on a quest to seek out all ~1100 lighthouses in the US and see what remains of a historical time. Sadly most US lighthouses are no longer active with many abandoned or in ruins, but they’re still a sight to behold with fascinating histories.
